The baby board was created by Frank & Estelle Duval.  Frank cut the board, Estelle completed the sewing and bead work.  All color and design is bead work with the exception of the yellow, floral fabric lining that can be seen around Matt's head.  Everything else was created with beads.  This baby board still hangs in their daughter Deane's living room as of today, 3 April 2014.
